The Development Director will lead OneAmerica's fundraising strategy across all revenue streams, building both the infrastructure and relationships needed to sustain and grow the organization's impact. This role combines hands-on donor engagement with strategic development planning, team leadership, and organizational capacity building.

Abundance Catalyst is a fundraising consultancy that helps social justice and movement-based organizations raise the money they need to win. The Executive Assistant + Operations Lead will support both client work and internal operations. You’ll manage scheduling, systems, and workflows, helping the business run smoothly while building infrastructure that creates more capacity for growth. You’ll work closely with Robin Engle and play a key role in keeping priorities clear, projects on track, and day-to-day operations running effectively.
